Do You Hoard Stuff or Are You Clutter Free

i hoard so much that i have a house filled with stuff and i'm only 24

I'm half and half, I keep trying to throw things away, but I get through books so fast. I love buying them, shiny new books make me happy and I do try to give them away when I'm finished with them, but I have to find them a proper home with someone who will love them properly. It takes time.

And I'm not sentimental, b'day cards and the like usually last a day before they start getting on my nerves and get fed to Mr Bin.

My cards are still up from last week. I like to see them, it seems a waste otherwise, some of them are really cool.

I come from a long line of hoarders(at least 5 generations) and try as I might(occasionally) I can't seem to get to grips with this decluttering thing.
I put stuff in bags to take to charity shops some months ago, the bags are still in the car, but hey, at least they're out of the house

...Aye I'm a hoarder too. I remember when we got burgled as a young un and the police said, "ooh terrible thing they did to that young girl's room." And my dad had to explain that there was always a foot of clothes paper and random bits of crap covering the carpet

I'm trying to eBay my massive wardrobe but its soo boring.

I don't remember that! Then again, I was little..

I remember the time you lost your school bag in your room, somewhere in all the crap

I'm a hoarder as well, and messy. So is my boyfriend so our room is a bombsite. Oh well.....

However I can be strict with myself when throwing out stuff, which is good!

I have one room in the house that full to rafters with all manners of shite, this room is where my PC and music making stuff is, its dusty it stinks of fly corpses and stagnent old coffee, its the creative hub of the house, the resta the gaff is OK
