Cyclist Deliberately Smashes Car Window Over Baby

I think there is a very important fact that had been completely missed out if this discussion so far.
The guy had a pony tail!
What this shows is that men with pony tails are cunts. But then we all knew that already.
TBF some of the best pills I've taken have been sold to me by men with pony tails at nightclubs. So they're not all bad.

I think the point is that it wasn't just someone who smashed a window, it was someone who was riding a bike who smashed a window. Therefore his actions are representative, in some way, of anyone who happens to ride a bike.

The convo just above where I posted was about whether the story was true/believable, which is what I was responding to. As with others on this thread I wonder if the story would have got as far if it had been a driver who'd got out of their car and smashed the window

Holographic baby.

:D Don't be silly. But the window smashing was clearly a controlled demolition - just looka tt he way the glass is sprayed all aroudn the back seat, you wouldn't get that from a d-lock!

I'm pretty sure it would. I guess the closest equivalent the other way around would be the Farringdon incident where the cyclist got chinned. That also got a lot more press over quite a period, iirc.

Proof indeed of the "evil" referred to in the OP.

Think you cans close the thread now.

Actually there was a case recently where someone drove a car at a cyclist and got done for gbh, it didn't get the same coverage at all. The media is pro-motorist.

8den AND Atomic Suplex on one thread!

The intellectual heavyweights are well and truly out tonight.

I surrender!!!! :D

Considering you were claiming a few posts ago that you'd never heard of me Id stop crowing.

And starting a thread with the a line "the evil on two wheels" does not mark you as an intellectual heavy weight. Rather more like the semi literate chip who sub edits "the Sun"

You never see a regular lead headline of "It's been a record breaking month for bike sales!" on the BBC news...

:D I'm a bit busier than I was yesterday and there are a couple of good threads today, but I'll play with you later.
Just backing up your point that it's 'right' that the media are pro motorist rather than offering a neutral, balanced view would be enough, thanks. And no more wriggling, please!

Because cyclists don't pay road tax and ride around with funny hairdo's attacking babies with D-locks.

Pure evil.

So to be clear in your utopia the people who pay the most taxes have the most rights. I can see it now cars who pay higher road tax get more right of way privileges, can park were they like and ignore zebra crossings.

Better yet, let's apply this logic across the board pay more income tax and skip NHS waiting time and an improved police service.

theres no copper equivalent of BUPA or NHS queue jumping but they do react better to certain accents and addresses don't they?

Gated developments are sprouting up at an alarming rate.

And yes, try mooching down Kensington Place Gardens which is a public road and compare the policing levels to your glorious town...
