Help Connecting to Amazon Prime on virgin tv

ooh! I think he is got it. It says it starts in two minutes.

I had not planned to connect his tv to my account, but it is fine - it is not like he will be using it much.

I have asked him to phone me back in two minutes to let me know if it is working
 
Well done you, and him. I hope I'm still as sharp as him at that age (assuming I actually get to that age :) )
He is mostly not very sharp, actually. It was good to hear him being alert today and being able to follow instructions. I have had to help him a lot with computer and problems, despite not being particularly computer literate myself, and not having a virgin tv, and it has been a real struggle, particularly since the pandemic. But today, he was pretty good. And he is dead chuffed to be able to watch the match in his own sitting room after it looked like he was not going to be able to.

I am not even thinking about how to get him out of the app again later so that he can watch normal telly. He says he will phone me afterwards and I will work it out then.

I am also chuffed that urban75 has proved to be so wonderful again. I have totally failed to get any help from family members via our family whatsapp :)
