Chelsea FC 2014-15

That is some interview. José seems a lot more relaxed these days around pundits and other managers too.

I read this ( cheers for posting it up Dexter by the way) just before the Saints game and have to say the comments on Hazard having to do that little bit more to finish off games were there to see again. Hazard is brilliant without a doubt but I do wish he'd shoot more often, if he doesnt score (like he did today) Costa would thrive on the ricochets and rebounds. Not just Hazard too, we just didn't shoot enough, come back Lamps, all is forgiven ;)

That said I couldn't believe how deep Saints retreated, I expected more from them at St Marys.
Well done Burnley anyway, great result today. Top of the tree for the end of 2014 and at the beginning of 2015.

ETA the second sentence to include...but not referees

Rather be in our shoes than City despite them having the easier festive fixtures.agree that we really should have troubled Foster a lot more despite us dominating the game especially the second half.
Shurlle is puzzling but we will need him in the second half of the season as the fixtures mount up and I am really pleased Ramieres is back. Don't expect any signings in the window tbh.

Totally agree about the signings, we seriously dont need anyone. Its good to see Mikel back in the fold, hes a tough nut and like Schurlle will come in handy over the next few months.
The meedya are trying desperately to play up this diving malarchy, they cant get nothing on us otherwise. Jose's being quite civil, Terrys being a model professional, Romans not organising military coups and the team are performing well but are not invincible. No news is good news as long as we stay top.

I thought Spurs were superb in their attacking .they had one of those days when everything they hit was either goal bound or in the net. Kane targeted Cahill very well as he didn't get anything out of Terry in the home fixture.
Not sure if it was fatigue or whether we just turned up and expected to win but there were a few players who were definitely below par today. Hazard though was excellent .
Should have had a penalty and the ref was very lenient to spurs but we are surely used to that by now. Let's hope it's not just a freak result by spurs and they are capable of doing some damage to other top teams.

Easy enough passage into the next round.

Dilemma now for José, does he bring in Zouma who showed enough confidence to grab a goal as well as carry out his defensive duties? He looks hungry for that role next to JT. Or does he stick with Cahill and make him work this bad spell out of his system?

Schurlle did himself no favours again.

Lots of praise for all our defenders there, this was obviously recorded before the Tottenham game :D

Laboured but a win again. I'm glad we kept a clean sheet, Courtois and Cahill know now that they have to pull their socks up.
Nice work Everton, I did worry when Lamps came on with 8 minutes to go.

Important now that we get three points at Swansea before the big clash with City at the end of the month.

I've only seen him for about half an hour altogether and read what José reckons (physically fittest player in the world :D ;)).

He does look tasty though.
