Cancelling travel (Ryanair)

Anyone else having this fun? Emails from Ryanair saying flight is (understandably) cancelled, please click refund. You click that and only get taken to their main page for check-in. Finally found the refund page and it won't accept my details. Somehow get onto the chat page and...that was 2 hours ago.

I understand and appreciate they might be busy but fuck me they don't half come across as useless too.

So, it actually took 10 days to get through.

But Ryanair gave me a full refund. Ryanair. Gave me money. My own money, but still.
