Can the Premier League All-Stars play as a team?

I am starting to wonder if we are watching an England "team" of just an All-star side picked from the Premier League.

I know they can play better because I've seen them play better

What do you think is wrong?

If it was a Premier League All Stars team very few of that team would be there, as it is an English All Stars team they get to play. And there lies the problem, too many foreigners playing in the Prem.

Citeh sum up the problem with all-star teams being that you chuck them all together and all you get is all-ego
