Alabama 3 played a cracking set inbetween the showers and all the bands in the Albert were fandabidozy!

I've just realised that it's a Sunday and I've got to go to work tomorrow though

Alabama 3 were great, we ran to the Hobgob when it started pissing it down, then Khan's, twas a perfect day.

Those 10-minute downpours were bonkers - England is now practically a tropical country !

The Albert was kicking in the evening - spilling out all over the street, everyone in smiley happy moods (except the v. grumpy sound engineer bloke !)

Nice to bump into Vixen and Bluestreak, and Skim looking radiant....

shame about the weather but a good set up anbd lets hope it happens again.

Funniest thing was Bez wandering into The Albert.

we saw Bez at Jamm on saturday night after we'd come from another party. he was doing a "DJ set" - which (unsurprisingly) basically means he gets really fucked, gets his mate to DJ (loads of old Mondays tunes etc) and dances around on the stage with a load of mashed up people...only Bez can get away with it!

I forgot all about Splash – I only popped out in the afternoon to pick up some things from Superdrug and it wasn't until I got to the Dogstar that I hit the wall of sound and remembered there was a street party going on.
