Now that he has come out and been selected to stand as an MP, he has to resign as Mayor of London.
He cannot campaign, run London and do all he media/ego trip stuff at the same time. He is either Mayor or an MP, NOT BOTH, he has to go, now.

The difference between ken and bojo is that ken showed interest in Mr and Mrs average's requirements and tried to do things for them and sometimes achieved them other times I disagreed with him. The latest in a long line of financial disraces to hit Boris I see is cycle superhighway 2. Costing in excess of £20 million for just a few miles, doing nothing for safety, has no meaning in law and now they want to rework it. Estimate for bringing it up to scratch, a mere £25 million. It strikes me that they consulted no one who knew anything about cycling and road planning before they started. Talk about a waste of money..
Next job for Boris, Chancellor or minister for roads and transport?

It's pretty cut and dried by the looks of it, and it shouldn't just be Johnson in the frame. Just depends whether people get excited about it, and corruption doesn't seem that exciting nowadays.
