Books you have re-read

I re-read books a lot ,too the point that ive had to replace a couple because they gotten quite tattered i had to replace my copy of watership down twice and most of my books i will go back to a some point ,it will depend on my mood, I've recently re-read the complete Wheel of Time set because i came across the prequel to it that i hadn't read before and once I'd finished it thought i might as well re-read the whole lot, but will be whittling down my pile of new books for a bit til i get over that epic re-read .

I go through periods of not being able to read. Which is such a shame because I spent all my childhood/teenage years reading and devouring books.
Sometimes to kick start myself I go back to books which I loved in the past to help.
I'd normally re-read Rebecca, Jane Eyre or Wuthering Heights.

Oh, and in the early days of lockdown I went through a phase of trying to consume lockdown-appropriate media - so (re)watching films about people not going out very much (e.g. The Shining, Exterminating Angel) and (re)reading books about people not going out very much - the Sundial by Shirley Jackson was perfect for this, and think I also re-read Memoirs of a Survivor by Doris Lessing then. Would've also re-read The Sea, The Sea by Iris Murdoch as part of that project but I'd only read it for the first time in late 2019 so it felt a bit too soon for a re-read.
