Bluetooth headphone adaptor ?

My audio quality standards are fairly low when I'm on the move, but I wonder what's out there ...
Not that I take phone calls, but that aspect might be handy - and I thought I might buy a bluetooth dongle to use on my desktop PC for use at home ...

It seems like a kludge, unless you've already got a pair of pretty good headphones. It's not going to be that much more convenient that just using wired one. The bluetooth ones I use for running (which have mic built in) normally cost me about £20.
