Black & White Stripey Tops - irrational dislike

I'm currently enjoying this video as part of a programme of rehabilitation from my balance disorder. Perhaps ska should join me to desensitise himself. You're supposed to start with 30 seconds at a time and then build up to 5 sets twice a day.
