I was offering some constructive criticism and expert analysis.

The key moment in race, IMO, was Bolt getting to the finish line faster. Therefore what Blake needs to do next time in order to win, is simply to run a bit faster. If I was his coach, I'd be getting him to practice his running, perhaps do a few sprint drills and stuff.

Basically there was a long and somewhat suspicious piece on genetics and sprinting set to yet more music from Transformers, which appeared to conclude that a specific gene was responsible for sprinting prowess and that black (specifically west african / african american / carribean) athletes had a greater chance of having that gene, (edit) hence all the medals. Jackson answered it by pointing out that when he got tested 98% of west african / african american and carribean origin candidates had the gene, but so did 80% of white european origin candidates.

Michael Johnson then finished the dead horse off, despite Inverdales valiant attempts to get a column on the Daily Mail.
