Well no-one else started it so here goes another season's Arsenal thread.

Early doors but a great away win today over Villa who did the double last season.
Hopefully can go one better this season but its the journey not the destination.

The only game I managed to get to last season was the one against Villa at the Emirates. So I was worried about today.

Without Raya, today's result could have been different. I was glad to get the game over with

Next game Brighton, Trossard surely got to be a starter

Great result tbf. Absolutely rock-solid defence, can you believe that in some pre-match combined 11s, Spuds pundits like O’Hara were swapping out Gab for Romero. Clueless. Sure we’ll be prettier when Ode and Rice are back, but that was still weirdely comfortable for a NLD when we’re missing two of our biggest names.

Only Tottenham, but still impressive.
