Here is a man who would not take it anymore.
Will things get Messi for the Bosnians? 3-1 Argentina
£2 on 3-1 Argentina @ 11/1 also part of a 4 result accumulator - they and France need to continue the good work of Ivory Coast and SwitzerlandI have backed Argentina to win 3-1@ 8/1; 4-0 @14/1; Aguero 1st scorer & 3-1 @ 28/1 and Bosnia to win 2-1@ 25/1 £1 stake on each.
Really rooting for Bosnia.
Not sure I can stay up for it
had that fiver on it with no real expectation.think argentina will win but you can get 9/1 on bosnia - that's longer than costa rica to beat uruguay! tempted to have a fiver on it
I don't care how he comes across in interviews, nor do I know much about football, but I know I like to watch Messi play!Messi comes across as just epically thick in interviews.

We did three years ago. Should never have stuck him at centre-backNobody ever complains that Stephen Hawking isn't any good at football.

He'll be a pundit for some TV station so may well be thereWill Maradona be in the stands?
True. And I'm not complaining, just observing that he's comfortably the bluntest tool in pretty damn ropey toolbox... If I was complaining I point out that he's a tax dodging little shite.Nobody ever complains that Stephen Hawking isn't any good at football.

went over my head that one...I know. It's just my favourite Paul Calf joke of the moment.
I know, I know, but Colin Pilinger insisted on going between the sticks, said he'd placed it in a state of eternal dibs or something. He hates being played out of position. Best goalie in Cambridge.

So, Hawking goes in at CB but it's a disaster - can't track his man, couldn't get his head around the offside rule and kept trying to run it out of defence like he was a speccy George Best.
Never play football with physicists

Well played, sirWe had Erwin Schrodinger as centre forward. Trouble was, we never knew when he was in the box.
