I am sure it would be. Would would be the point of riding a leccy scooter on a bus as the aisles are not wide enough to race them.
Now a train like the overground with the walk through carriages, thats a different matter entirely.

I've been in that Waitrose (the QA training centre is right next to it) and its a fairly decent size but if your taking a bike into it your doing it wrong.
