It's in the middle of nowhere. Near an old Crusader castle.

Had some incredible felafel and bread and hummous. Great olive oil. A delicious goat stew with salty cheese in the sauce topped with chopped pistachios. Lot's of fresh pomegranate juice. Sweet cardomon coffee but my best find of all.....sweet sage tea. That's delicious! I'll be making that here.

Sounds lovely - never had sage tea that sounds intetesting!

It is REALLY good! I'd never thought of putting sage in tea before. It's a bedouin thing apparently. Needs to be dried sage rather than fresh.

Nah - only the one I've posted. There were loads of cats and dogs around. And donkeys. Really cute donkeys. Some of whom looked a bit knackered though poor buggers.
