World Cup recipes

I would definitely go Brazil v Colombia, but that's just personal taste. I find French and German cuisine to be a bit dull really.

A repeat this evening Brazil v Colombia:

Tostada de platano verde con camarones y guacamole

That's a crispy base made from still green plantain, topped with guacamole and spicy prawns.

And Number 32 (of 32) Argentina... sorrentinos de jamon, ricotta y mozzarella

Basically filled pasta with ham, mozzarella and ricotta. Was good eating!

Soutzoukiakia coming last?! You made it wrong! :p

:D I liked the Soutzoukiakia, honest, I liked all the savoury things I cooked... but, wasn't much different from other meatballs I've had.

Obviously I mainly did this for the attention, so bring on the book deals :p

I applaud your culinary indefatigability @Lo Siento, some cracking recipes there, thanks. I fancy trying the Pasteis de Bacalhau and the Mole Poblano but each one, with the exception of the English and Aussie dishes, is probably worth having a go at. Recipes bookmarked. :D
