Woman's black/dark navy pin stripe suit shirt dilema

What colour shirt should I wear with it?

I was thinking a light dusty blue, black, or white. I think pink or summat would be too much. Also, I prefer a collared shirt as uncollared make me look saggy, busty, and round shouldered. The suit is a bit like this:

For an interview. I have dark hair, pale skin, blue eyes, full lips, and am about 5'6". I 'look' sensible and conservative.

Black might be too draining, and it wouldn't go well if the suit is navy. White's OK but probably blue is the one I'd go for.

Blue and pink do make me look a lot better. I don't like fitted shirts as I have bad posture, I like to wear em loose.

Not white. White's not a particularly flattering colour on pale skins.

I'd go for blue. What type of pink do you have? I wore a bright fuschia blouse with a black trouser suit for an interview and got the job.

If you're a bit busty, steer clear of round neck tops like t-shirts. It's better to go for scoop neck, lower/bigger round neck tops than regular round neck. And even better than is v-neck.

Good luck! :)

Cream (yellowy cream, not hint-of-a-tint white), pale blue, bluey green, or a pale green definitely. If you've got pale skin, a pink top can make blushes more noticeable. OTOH that depends on your colouring - fuschia bleaches me right out.

The exception to this is if pink (or whichever colour you prefer) makes you feel confident and calm enough to do well in interviews. You could wear a red (pillar box, not wine) top with that suit as long as you're happy in it.

I hadn't thought of red. If I can get an honest red I'll get that (I am buying the shirt tomorrow) as red makes my face look healthier and more alive.
