WhooHoo! Midwifery here I come....

Most of the other ladies I did my Access course with wanted to do midwifery.

Only three ended up going to Uni, and I've since heard one has dropped out.

So 5 out of 12 went on to Uni, sad statistic

Statistically students that go to uni via the Access route are more likely to get better degrees- apparently.


Yeah my class started off with 25 and now there are 3 out of that original class-all wanted to be midwives and I'm the only one that got offered a place- but then again they are young..... I think it may be only 2 from the whole college that got places though. Then again 600 applicants and only 70 places!
