I can do
the backstroke, mostly,
A sort of breaststroke with head aloft and legs ineffectually twirling in the water (is that doggy paddle?),
doggy paddle,
a rubbish attempt at the crawl,
sidestroke
floating,
sinking, and,
squidstroke.

ooh, and I can do a sort of combo of backstroke and crawl.

Breat stroke and doggy paddle. I can do a backstroke too but not the arms over the head. :D

My arms go weird when I do a front crawl, keep meaning to sign up for swimming lessons.....:(

Having looked at wiki I can't do the sidestroke after all, I thought it was like the breaststroke but looking sideways.

Squidstroke is when you are on your back and use your arms and legs like a squid, obviously.

thats the elementary backstoke

No it's not. In the backstroke you lie on your back and essentially move your arms in a windmill motion and your feet up and down a little.

In squidstroke you start with legs straight and together and arms down by your side then move both arms and legs away from the centre line of your body and then back again at the same time.

Like a squid.

elementary back is just like the breaststroke, but on your back

Not according to my understanding of wiki.

Back
Backstroke (also known as back crawl)
Elementary backstroke
Both arms move synchronized with a small synchronized kick. This is also sometimes known as the Lifesaving Kick
Inverted breaststroke
Similar to elementary backstroke, but with a breaststroke kick.

Squidstroke is mine!
