I assumed it was about anti social behaviour (yeah, like the guard is ever going to come and deal with that, no chance) but now I learn it's terrorism. So its grass a Muslim with a backpack then? I'm not sure most terrorist activity is easily seen in the way the phrase suggests.
This campaign, launched by rail minister Paul Maynard, was approved by the Department for Transport and the British Transport Police. What a failure of their Holocaust education and racism awareness, that no one who signed this off realised how shocking the posters are.
I kept thinking it was "See it, Say it, Sort it!".
Which I thought betrayed perhaps too much faith in the general public's bomb-disposal skills.
