What sort of a person would go to this? (UK drive in rave)

2hrs before 12 is my preferred dancing hrs these days.
Does it say you can't get out the car because then i wouldn't go. If you can dance around your designated parking spot, I'm in - if the music is my thing.
I would be very happy to have somewhere out my house to go dance right now.
Yeah I'd have no interest if I could not dance! Anyway I'm on nights that weekend.

I would only be interested if I could dance and if they played the music I liked, which seems unlikely if it was a big event.
I guess out door raves might make a comeback.

there was a rave in my local supermarket carpark last night - got shut down pretty quickly though

It looks weird, surreal, and probably kind of dull after the first couple of songs - but if the choice was between that and staying at home for the umpteenth night, I'd definitely be tempted to give it a go. And it would give you something to talk about during the "What did you do during lockdown?" conversations that will probably persist for the next 50 years.

Looks bizarre tbh - you can’t dance in your car, I’d find it frustrating not being able to jump around, but - if people are up for it, then start your engines.

I wonder if you played an ambient set, if the people not being able to dance in their cars, would think 'brilliant' or think 'I've paid loads of money for this, what a load of bollocks- I want to listen to DJ Tiesto? There could, in theory, be a whole new generation introduced to Mixmaster Morris.

It was 12 hours according to this:

Another resident, Anthony, who also didn't want his last name printed, added: "What a disgrace. Have spent the last 11 hours listening to BOOM BOOM BOOM all day. Kids crying, old people kept awake, those with work on a Sunday kept awake."
