they're so rich time means nothing to them.
Looking at those images it looks like they're for accessibility reasons; so you don't have to climb a load of steps to reach the bridge deck level. If you look at the first image there are what look like a set of steps as well.What's with all the curly-wurly bits thereby forcing you to cycle/walk round and round when all you want to do is cross the fucking river?!
It's hardly an area where tourists will meander across to admire the view.

I quite like them. They're missing a trick, though. Heritage is the name of the game in regeneration these days, so they should work in a big nod to the heritage of Nine Elms and make the bridge look like a fucking huge steam engine.
