Most of them aren't unusual (they're far from good either but that's more subjective maybe). Metal/rock covers just tend to be more plodding than the originals with any subtlety replaced by big chords and emoting singers. Once you've heard one, you've heard them all.

As you say, it's subjective...all the songs I have put on here I have liked or found interesting. I know my taste isn't everyone's cup of tea....there are other songs on here I have listened to, some were dreadful, in my opinion, but the poster thought enough to put it on here, so I listen and move onto the next posting. It's a musical pick and mix.
I do tend to put lots on, sorry for that, It's a novelty to be on a multi musical tastes forum, my other forums are purely metal/rock.
