Unusual and GOOD cover versions

sweet baby jesus that's fucking terrible.
neither unusual or good.
I don't know what made me think they might surprise me, I must need this coffee more than I realised

Have another one!

:D

That's the best tune on that live album tbf. Played it to death when I was 14.

There was that horrible time in metal though when loads of bands released covers albums/eps to show how sensitive they were. Skid Row's Little Wing :D It was usually part of the acoustic bit when everybody sat on stools. Maybe the unplugged thing was to blame.

I've got the mini cd Little wing come off...B-Side Ourselves...to be honest that's the weakest song on it.....I put their version of 'C'mon and love me' earlier in the thread. They do a cracking version of 'Delivering the goods' on it...I might slap that up at another time :D
I blame Extreme! They started all this 'fanny rock' with their Only words

Christ. Mr Big.

Worked in a rock music pub for years. I do know a good cover when I hear one. Couldn't take the vid but enjoyed it all the way through for the rest
Yeah the vid was a bit cheesy, but to be honest that's Thunder's sense of humour.
I love listening to Danny Bowes on Planet Rock....he's a lovely funny man
