Untraceable cash pay as you go sim card

Long story but I've been asked to buy an untraceable load up with cash pay as you go sim card. Does anyone know what to ask for/ who still does these?
Don't forget that credit on some providers is time limited IIRC, Three is one of the better ones on this.

I've never had a contract phone as they always seem too expensive and inflexible for my needs.

Smarty are good and cheap, one month rolling contract and unlike parent company Three 5g is apparently never throttled. I live close to a mast and use them for mobile broadband with an oldish second hand Huawei 4g router, faster than conventional fibre, 190 down 32 up.

No, but it is pretty good. I've seen 150/150 as low as a tenner while they're all still desperate to pick up new contracts but most deals are 500/500 for round about £20/mo

It's the length of contract that stops me as a lifelong renter, no fault eviction 2 months notice is always hanging over ones head. Happened to me recently twice.
