More of moan than anything else and I dont understand the logic.
I'm on UC and have only done 4 days work since September, when I got paid for 1 days work I received a tax rebate which I received mid march.
The DWP have taken this as full earnings and are only giving me £80 for this month.
What I am hoping someone can explain to me is why do they do this when the tax rebate is due to me paying too much into the system ?
As far as I can tell this shouldn't be the case as Im only getting the money back which I had already paid?
