Poor thing. So drunk and watching porn with Cherie. He's just had another whisky and coke, a gin and tonic, a Benedictine, 5 cans of Tennent's Super, a can of Kestrel Super, 3 cans of Tungsten, six botttles of red wine and a Chardonnay and a vodka and red bull. He's off to the Hague for his war crimes trial and is so deluded he isn't polishing up his defence case. One of his co-conspirators is writing children's books now as well as constantly being on the telly and being a successful podcaster. It's not a good look ranting about murderous, lying bastards being rehabilitated in the kids area of Waterstones but such is life.

Because at the time he was convinced it was the right thing to do and sometimes you have to take unpopular difficult decisions which he will not apologise for as, at the time, he believed it was the right thing to do.

every time - every fucking time - the government has to take a difficult decision they manage to get it wrong
They're barely decisions and definitely not difficult. They're not looking at a situation and thinking what is the best or right thing to do. They're thinking how best to exploit it. This isn't difficult for them. If it was Blair wouldn't be on radio 4 and Cameron wouldn't have been foreign secretary a week ago.
