Clearly you are someone who has never seen Turbo Terry's hairpieceHang on, is this supposed to be a pre-pre prequel or something, so these 50 year old actors are playing 20 year olds, ‘kin hell
Beautiful it is.Clearly you are someone who has never seen Turbo Terry's hairpiece
I find it’s best to suspend your disbelief when entering the FootsoldiersphereHang on, is this supposed to be a pre-pre prequel or something, so these 50 year old actors are playing 20 year olds, ‘kin hell
They are a decent series of films mainly in that they provide something else compared to endless US films featuring Italian Americans

The first one was based on a memoir by Carlton Leach, who was in the ICF.I watched Rise of the Footsoldier the other day. It was awful. An awful film about awful people. At the end I thought "good, you all got exactly what you deserved". There's a group of (usually) men who idolise these guys, I have no idea why. I cannot imagine how bad it is by number 5.
And why are they always in the fucking ICF?
Yeah I know. I mean that in these films they're always in the ICF. The Firm, ID, Green Street, Rise of the Footsoldier, probably more if I could be bothered to look. The first one was based on a memoir by Carlton Leach, who was in the ICF.
It's autobiographical in ROTF, the firm in The Firm is the 'Inter City Crew'; and ID is about a fictional gang following a fictional team.Yeah I know. Righty ho. The Inter City Crew aren't the Inter City Firm. ID isn't "loosely based on "Operation Full-Time", a Scotland Yard undercover operation which attempted to identify the leaders of West Ham United's firm, the Inter City Firm (ICF)." (altho maybe that one is more Millwall) and yes, ROTF is autobiographical, but they're still in the ICF!It's autobiographical in ROTF, the firm in The Firm is the 'Inter City Crew'; and ID is about a fictional gang following a fictional team.

From the horse's mouth:
I'm taken aback. I watched most of them and never realised they were his filmography. I presumed he was a mental lump turned to acting as part of a plea deal. Now I want a picture of him dancing on TOTP. Fabulous Fairbrass."Hi, I'm Craig Fairbrass and might know me from these films and TV programmes"
Scum
Cliffhanger (main baddie vs Sylvester Stallone)
Rise of the Footsoldier plus sequels 2-5)
Or maybe on tv in
Tuckers Luck (showing our age now)
Emmerdale
No Place Like Home
Three Up, Two Down
London Burning
Prime Suspect
The Bill
Eastenders (137 episodes!)
Or maybe as the voice of six Call Of Duty games.
One of those guys you could walk past in the street but when you see him on TV you'll go "ooh, what's he been in before?".
Played opposite Denzel when he was in one of his first starting roles in the pretty decent For Queen And CountryI'm taken aback. I watched most of them and never realised they were his filmography. Also there is much to commend in the filmography of Danny Dyer for anyone who wished to explore it
