Bill and Ted Face the Music

I'm sure Keanu Reeve's 's face is fine, the low resolution of youtube can make people's faces look like CGI. He still looked good in John Wick 3 last year.

There was online speculation whether Ruby Rose had been replaced by CGI when the trailer for The Meg came out and then it looked fine in the film. It's one minute into the trailer when she says "a megalodon" and she looks like a game character:

You can't see his face for long enough in that trailer to really make a judgement...which might be suspicious. I dunno. He just looks like an older man to me. Which he is.

Apart from the pixel issue, in all his more recent films he had a beard and looked cool. Clean shaven he looks his age and in Bill and Ted he is of supposed to look rather dorky, a middle aged man who hasn't moved beyond his teenage self much.

Here's a picture of him from this year. There might be a little botox going on. Might be. But I don't see any evidence of surgery. His face is still the same.

I never knew I would have such a strong need to defend Keanu Reeves :D
I think you’re defending the right of all of us to age without having people making bitchy comments about our appearance. And I for one appreciate it.

And you know what, that defence even applies to people who have felt the pressure from such comments to such an extent that they have felt the need to take drastic surgical measures. Doubly so for the poor sods for whom those measures have backfired.

Vanity as a protected characteristic. Michael Jackson was misunderstood. Etc etc.
