whats all this about 45 IS being poinsed at a meal- someone has posted it up on FB - seems to be only reported by Mail/Express/Fox etc- happened a week or two ago it seems

IS is not going to lead to WW3 because there aren't enough people/states interested in being on its side, and those few states that either tacitly support it or turn a conveniently blind eye will drop it like a steaming turd should it cease to be useful or become not worth the hassle they get for supporting it.

a good example is the resolute and unflinching solidarity which which a certain Libyan Colonel supported the Provisional IRA with weapons and finance for 20+ years, and then when a better offer came along he sold them down the river. everything: a list of every weapon, ammunition, explosive, every contact, every cash donation, every conduit, every method of transport. everything.

nations might have friends, but their interests come first.

I meant to link to that one myself . The rehabilitation of AQ , while not complete , is well on the way . The Israeli think tank in washington and US generals leading the charge . Ably assisted by al jazeera Arabic too . They'll admit directly supplying them with weapons before long . Currently they supply them through the " FSA " flag of convenience . Who are often little different . Al Qaeda lite .

Worth bearing in mind the man at the heart of it at the Irish end , Gerry Adams appointee Denis Donaldson , was a Long term British agent. Gerry and Martin had this odd habit of appointing agents to the most sensitive posts . Donaldson was the representative for the entire middle east , dealing not just with Libya but the Palestinians , Hezbollah and Iran . Personally I doubt that tale is true because anything...literally anything ...the Brits wanted to know they already knew a long time ago . As it happened , literally . In real time .

In the mid 80s gadaffi was basically clearing the warehouses of surplus . I doubt very much even if his people wre counting it . We can see that from the chaotic and haphazard nature of many of his arsenals , with elderly schmeissers stored alongside the most sci fi assault rifles . The boat it came in on was supposed to have been wired to blow if discovered . When the crew tried to sink it they found the charges had been sabotaged . That all happened on the Irish end , not the Libyan one . Hmg didn't need to learn a single secret from gadaffi , they knew everything . In my view that tale was just to cover their agents backs . That tale became public prior to donaldsons outing . Now we know they were told all that very long ago .

the Security Service - MI5 - has a non-urgent 'concern' email contact form that you can use to, well.. express concern about something that isn't an imminent threat.

personally i'd suggest using the Security Service email form - if you ring 101 or whatever you'll speak to a call handler rushed off their feet with lost kids, traffic accidents, drunks fighting in the street and idiots ringing up because the ice cream man overcharged them, and they wouldn't know what as IS flag looked like if you wrapped them in it. by contacting the security service direct you bypass several layers of people for whom this is 'nothing' stuff, and go straight to someone who knows what this means and is interested in it.

This is going to sound like the concerns of a mad paranoid, but can you preserve your anonymity while contacting the security organs directly?

you don't have to leave an email address or name et al, but i imagine it would be niave to assume that they could not get identifying information from IP adresses that access their website...

probably therefore a waste of time to try and be annonymous, and it would reduce the effect of the information if they assume that the sender is either a crank or a poison pen nutter.
