I've noticed this. They've (Noel and Matt) been quite vocal in giving their opinions this series.

Agreed. I think Sandi tempered the overt comedy-lad thing. I do not like Lucas at all, and I believe he is a bad influence on Noel, who I like a lot less without Sandi

Matt is nice to her

I liked Noel more when Sandy was there. Now he and Matt are just riffing off one another and it feels like they're having private jokes all the time which have nothing to do with the show or the contestants.

If Dave wins I will be livid! He's an irritating prick and has been decidedly average for the whole series.
I would like Laura to win but I think it is unlikely.
I would be fine with Peter winning, he sweet, capable and his cube cakes this week looked amazing!

I don't get all the Dave hate in here. I always think that they find lovely people on Bake Off.

I've said it before, but I don't get it either. He's been compared to former contestants who did come across as arrogant and expecting to win, but I just don't see it. He was confident throughout the final certainly, but he deserved to be. Happy for Peter though, especially after the tribute to his baking role model, John Whaite, whom I maintain is the best baker the show has ever produced.

I don't dislike Dave because he thought he deserved to win I just found him massively irritating and unlikeable.

Dave was just really boring, that's why no one wanted him to win. Laura was too crap to be in the final so it had to be Peter.
