The Finns used this tactic vs the Russians IIRC- railway sleepers into the tracks will disable/ remove the tracks from the rollers. takes some guts ( and strength) to do this

You can buy them now (for £85), and Titans. Reintroduced some cool old sub-factions too by the looks of things. Though afaik the wider GW lore world has gone even further down the shitter. End times in fantasy battles and the like.
