Stupid question. Tennis players play for prize money which has been evened out now. Footballers are salaried on very different criteria; crowds they draw, shirts sold, goals scored, perceived value to clubs ... etc.

Womens football is nowhere near as popular as men's, has nothing like the same money in it, so they can't possibly be paid the same.
