Russian ship aground near Falmouth

Sounds like there's nothing on board except hungry sailors: There's no cargo loaded, and the ship and its crew were stranded in a Dutch port for seven months after the shipping company failed to pay its bills.
The "Kuzma Minin" has left Terneuzen on Dec 7 at 3 a.m. and headed towards Skagen. Due to financial problems at the shipping company, the ship had been detained in the Massagoed port since May. In September there was a shortage of food, but also of medication. The crew of the ship had medical and psychological problems. They were able to leave the ship in those seven months, but did not opt for it because then they had renounced their rights and had to pay for the costs of their journey home. Moreover, they no longer received a salary. Now all these problems have been resolved so that the ship was released. The shipping company now has received a loan, which allowed the ship to continue sailing.
