Anyone else seen Romanian fash flyers from this lot? They're all over my area in Leicester.

Are elections due in romania? Maybe aimed at "ex-pats"? (Assumming romania allows them to vote?)

Unless it was for Euro elections just gone. Most of my Romanian neighbours seem to be Roma though, so I can't see it having much appeal round here. But what do I know?
