I was really saddened to hear of the death of Linda Quinn yesterday. I'd only met her a few times but she was always warm and friendly and I have a lovely memory of Linda and her husband (Blog co-editor Alan Slingsby) dancing together when I was DJing at the Railway. They seemed a lovely couple.
Alan has put together a moving obituary which makes me wish I'd had the chance to get to know her better.
My thoughts go out to Alan, and to their family and friends.
