Violence, threats and abuse to North East library staff

Official documents released under the Freedom of Information (FoI) Act and seen by North East Bylines (NEB) reveal a history of violence, threats, drug and alcohol abuse and verbal abuse at libraries and customer first centres (CFCs) in North Tyneside.

I believe that this local authority failed in its duty of care. Documents evidence hundreds of incidents of assaults upon staff, assaults upon customers, death threats, alcohol/drug abuse, racism, customers using public computers to view extreme right wing websites and pornography.

Who can help me launch an investigation? I've already tried my MP and the HSE, neither were interested.
