Programmes you can get into but are shameful

First Dates, which often reduces me to tears
Ice Road Truckers
Homes Under the Hammer

Literally anything on the true life movie channels but we don't have them so I only get to watch them on holiday

Anything 'Alaska', I'm there...Alaska:The Last Frontier, Alaskan Bush People, Life Below Zero, all that good shit.

Naked and Afraid, anyone? Contestants try and survive for 21 days in the wilderness, the twist is they're...naked. Hence they're...afraid. Riveting stuff.

Moonshiners is good too, old boys in the Appalachians tending their stills.

I far prefer shit TV to glossy murder dramas. Aussie gold/opal hunters, etc. They stick to the formula and are probably totally fake.

The ice cold gold is utterly fake and the people are all complete idiots.

I've had storage wars and salvage hunter phases. Even the odd road wars thing [Northern accent] "he was later given a police caution and the cannabis was confiscated".

I seem to have lost the desire for casual TV watching so none of the above. I guess the trashiest thing I watch is Mastermind. it's shit now, esp the latest series. Was quite annoyed that Humphries is back. I thoubht he'd retired. He's really shit at his job - he makes quips when the clock is ticking - what a cunt.

I like American Pickers but I get distracted trying to work out which bits are faked (the answer I think is almost all of it).

Robot Wars. Though I'm not sure that's totally shameful.

Catchphrase. Now that is, especially the celeb ones, but I get hooked in.
