Fair enough. I was thinking more along the lines of anti-social and narcissistic; looking it up I see now that psychopathy, the other thing I was thinking of, isn't Cluster B.

As for youth, my reasoning was that if they're young enough (<25) then their brains are still developing. It seems plausible to me that a more beneficial environment's influence could have a life-long effect.
