One of the things that kept me going through the misery of lockdown one was following the Cool Off Challenge on Twitter - so many amazing vids of people doing Missy Elliott's routine - kids, adults, pregnant mums, older people - so many different vibes, but all with so much joy and energy.

There's a couple of compilations on YouTube but worth searching the hashtag on Twitter (or even looking back through Missy's own feed) to find the real gems.

The dancer in this clip Storyboard P is red hot. It makes me feel like I've taken drugs watching him dance.

also a bit obsessed with this dance piece, by the canadian modern dance troupe La La La Human Steps, with music by Lou Reed & David Lang (some of it minimalist reworkings of Velvet Underground songs). The dancing is astounding tbh. It's an hour but you can jump in pretty much anywhere and have your mind blown.
