Candie Payne ~ I Wish I Could Have Loved You More

I can't believe this track has taken well over a year to float up! Now it's being compared to Amy Winehouse... :)

currently skimming through the best of dance 92
been enjoying(?) a bit of cheese - there's stuff on their I haven't heard since I was 12 (having real "OMG I remember this" moments)

Altern-8 - Evapor-8 is making total sense at the momet - no idea if I've heard it before but just seems completly right.

The best of Etta James.

Maggot gave it to my Good Lady Wife has a gift but I've snatched it off her and have been playing it non-stop.

I'm also listening to Powderfinger's Odyssey Number Five. I'm surprised they're not bigger over here actually.

I was really quite dissapointed by 'smile' - found it over produced and glossy :(

Been listening to Jim White...but can't recall name of album ...its jesus something. Im liking it a lot...only recently heard of him really....

I'm quite suprised at you Dub, thought for a band like Shellac (especially with them being your favourite n all) that you'd loyally wait for the day of release to purchase and hear the album in all it's glory - tis the first time I'm doing that myself for a loooooong time! :)

Having said that I do own/wear a Shellac t-shirt - it's licensing origins are dubious me thinks :D

yeah dub, you even started a count down thread, which is kind of irrelevant if you've already heard the album eight times

:p

i already have the album, but i'm still going to buy it. That's what people do to support artists they like :)
