Sundogs - Unleashed.
loads of Soma fm underground 80s station
loads of Urban75 radio:
inc. Mikuś - Bob Marley: a tribute to freedom,
Vital Sounds - Smiley Culture Tribute
Sweet FA's Dylanish country/americana mix is perfect - that complete reinterpretation of The Weight it is a revelation (& sexy as fuck) (Mix 1 - Sweet FA)
& so's parts of Steph - Rise Up & Al's Summer Garden + Ringo's first Roots Controller

Spacehog - Resident Alien
Sleepy People - Blunt Nails In A Sharp Wall
eta: Powder - Sense In Direction
and Light Echoes – Eating A Dead Planet @ headphonica (netlabel)
^(very light night falling asleep to a dreamy slightly glitchy/post rock? band on Peel or similar sort of music)
today: Kerrang/ v/a - Smash It Up!

Radiohead - The King of Limbs
Sparklehorse - Good Morning Spider

Finally got hold of ...Limbs this morning, several months after its release, and I have to say I like it quite a bit already, even on just one listen.

Rjd2 - Deadringer
Portishead - Third
Antipop Consortium - Arrhythmia
Drumcorps - Grist
Cypress Hill - Temples of Boom

In that order whilst driving this afternoon :)

The Velvet Underground - Loaded
Dizzee Rascal - Boy In Da Corner

Eight years on, Dizzee's debut still sounds pretty fresh. It's aged well.

v/a - 100% Dance (South African version, '93)
v/a - Eighties Flashback
MGMT - Congratulations
(do they really make a Brian 'e knows joke in the song about Brian Eno?:D)
(eta: ooh, bubbley

eta: + on urban75 radiopart of Brother Earl - Shotgun ,
Retribution - Los Nios De La Villa
& Ringo - Strictly Roots (until the stream/my internet cut out)

PJ Harvey - Let England Shake
Jay-Z - The Black Album

It was a second listen, but I'm still really not feeling Polly's new one. It's had good write-ups, as she always gets, but it's leaving me a bit cold. Anyone else?

Fucked Up...David Comes to Life

briliiant album, so much great music this year but this is definitely a high point for me.
