Been listening to a massive 8-volume monster called The Disco Collection all week. Some of it's as cheesy as you'd expect (Village People, anything British) but there's some absolutely sublime stuff on there too - Just Be Good To Me, Good Times, You Should Be Dancing and Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now among them. Disco was fucking great.
I really had forgotten how good the After 7 track was, it has aged quite well and it was extremely well produced. Time for some Damion Hall and Chante Moore.....
