Been listening to a massive 8-volume monster called The Disco Collection all week. Some of it's as cheesy as you'd expect (Village People, anything British) but there's some absolutely sublime stuff on there too - Just Be Good To Me, Good Times, You Should Be Dancing and Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now among them. Disco was fucking great. :D

The NME's LMHR cd
(off to download cd 2 as soon I can stop my computer playing up and browsers crashing)
oh and Mick Jones is a wanker

The Coral - Magic and Medicine

If you read this May, there are some of us who do still love early Coral - they weren't a nowhere band

Stuck in at the moment so listening to:

'My My My' Johnny Gill
'If It Isn't Love' New Edition
'Can't Stop' After 7
'Heaven' BeBe & CeCe Winans

BB:)

I really had forgotten how good the After 7 track was, it has aged quite well and it was extremely well produced. Time for some Damion Hall and Chante Moore.....

BB:)
