Searched for the number, no good results and don't like the look of that url

Absolutely looks like a scam. If the NHS wanted you to order a test, then they would send you here instead. Not that dodgy-looking URL.

I wouldn't have realized that nhs is a subdomain. You'd imagine the first word would be the main domain name.

Good point that it would end with .nhs or .gov too.
