Olympics on the BBC - extra channels?

What's the deal with the 20+ whatever extra BBC channels, then? Do I need to retune my freeview, or are they only online?

I can only find what's being shown on bbc 1 and 3.
Where are the other streams? Do you need a special telly?

Radio Times says that if you have sky, virgin or freesat they are found by pressing the red button and also pop into your EPG. They also list the channel numbers if you are interested:) However the red button doesn't work for freeview - you have to watch on bbc.co.uk/sport

From www.ukfree.tv:

BBC will provide 24 interactive channels. However, most of these channels will be for satellite and online viewers.

For those watching on Freeview, the service will be limited to two interactive streams (301 and 302), of which the third will run only from 7pm.

Freeview HD will also provide the "first" stream in HD on 301.

Ah, just switched on 301 and there's judo. On 302 it says available via the red button

If you have a PS3 you can access the BBC Sport coverage - the same streams as on-line - somehow i managed to find the women's beach volleyball  Come on Czechs!

I've just found gymnastics is on at 7.00pm on BBC3 but it clashes with swimming on BBC1 which I think also clashes with boxing on 301

I'm not into boxing but b/f is and as he doesn't know 301 exists...
