Old (Georgian?) house at Bath Buildings junction (Bristol).

Has anybody here noticed that old (Georgian?) building that's now visible since they tore down the car showroom on the corner of Cheltenham Road and Bath Buildings?

It's pretty impressive, yet I never knew it was there 'til now! Just wondering it's history really, plus whether it's a listed building and what the future holds for it...
