Nozstock!

pretty excited on this, im off on thursday and have got me shifts already.......

Any numbers for a bit of socialising??

This one looks truly excellent from what folks on this thread are saying -- not too distant from Swansea either.

Too late for us this year mind, we only picked up on it far too recently  :(

We're committed to the w/e in Bristol now. Oh well! -- I'll keep it on the 'possibles' list for next year maybe :)

Weather prospects look not half bad for the coming few days :)

Enjoy it folks and post reports please!

'not half bad' - is that some swans slang you've picked up already?! :p

on topic - i saw that the music don't shut till 3am some nights and 5am on sat!

That was sooo much fun

Managed to meet sim but.phone ran out almost instantly and failed to meet anyone else urban. I think o was camped next to ddraig and didn't realise lol.

Can't wait for next year!

think i prob saw you this morn when taking stuff to the car between 9 and 10ish
met sim briefly outside comedy tent where there was some hillarious kids heckling the performers

yeah, great little festy, great set up and vibes and not too hard to find your tent
enjoyed dr meaker and foreign beggars on the garden stage some of Andy C from outside the rammed barn, Octo Pi after him and the coppice looked good.
generally enjoyed pottering about and the reasonable food and beer prices, no curry or proper veggie food which i thought was weird but came back with money and supplies so all good

bit hot tho eh!

Ere, it's sim!

That is weird! :hmm:

With a bit of feedback about it though, I reckon that's the sort of thing that most halfway sorted small-festival organisers would rectify for the next year?

i think that they may have got too busy to do it themselves as my brother has worked on it before with one of the organisers doing an actual vegi/vegan cafe. will prob feedback tho too.

there was a fairtrade organic stall that did teas, drinks and snacks in packets but no hot food

It's the only food stall missing tbh. I love the fact there's one burger place, one pizza place, one mexican, one doughnut place etc etc. No more than one of anything

Plus beer is only 3.20 a pint, which is cheaper than a bath pub!

Oh, and they have a charity shop onsite :D

For a moment I thought it was him in the foreground :eek:

I got chatting to that bloke, completely randomly he vaguely new tom, and I'd been out on a new years rave with him in bristol 2 years ago, through someone different entirely.

He is monumentally tall.

I pretty much live in that hoodie and scally hat.

I must go to this next year: I have heard only good stuff from anyone that's ever been.

Giles..

Its not all good stuff, there was a lot of tent thievery going on this year, the 2 girls i camped with woke up to find someone in their tent on the first night..... but tbh that could happen anywhere.....

Blokes bogs were crap too.

The good stuff does outweight the bad though.

Not this year, I felt well out of place last year as everyone seems to know everyone, and there were too many scally northerners there for my liking.

Plus I'd only work, and working it was complete shit, shit organisation, and the steward manager achieved nothing but to be patronising..

Nozstock is definitely going to be amazing this year! I'm really excited about all the different talent that will be there. If anyone has any questions re: the festival please do get in touch. My name's Denise and I'm working on behalf of Nozstock: The Hidden Valley.
