No Win No Fee over private security violence at demo

ska invita

back on the other side
A friend got badly hurt, long term injury at a little demo in which a private security guard badly hurt said friend, totally over the top, now two years later will require operation and long term damage.
Don't want to get into the details here...

Question is:
Is there a possibility of a No Win No Fee claim? (I guess yes)
And anyone know someone to approach/recommend regard the case? Possibly with a campaigning bent, but not necessarily?
Any pitfalls re No Win No Fee?

Bindmans do Personal Injury claims on no win, no fee: Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury

They've also done lots of work on actions against police and state, so might have plenty of expertise in the police violence/campaigning area. Chambers and Partners has this on them: "Market-leading firm for covert police issues, deaths in contact with the police and the detention of immigrants. Works closely with other departments within the firm, particularly the crime and media teams. Widely respected for its representation of protesters in false imprisonment and human rights claims. Well versed in claims arising from the use of anti-terror legislation."
