Lunar eclipse tonight (Mon 28th Sept 2015, 3am)

I'm not sure what time this'll be in the UK, and trust it to be cloudy But it is the longest lunar eclipse in a while, as the moon will be in the earths shadow for 100 minutes. So even if it's cloudy, you might catch a break in the clouds and still view it

Entry level scopes start at around 200 quid ish. A half decent entry level one is around 350. And if I want a good one, up to and over a grand. I would love a telescope. Checking out the planets and the moon and our neighbouring galaxies would be a dream come true

A hydrogen alpha filter would be better. Might get to see a coronal mass ejection!!
